What is a Home Inspection?

The State of Ohio has no Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors. As a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, I follow a systematic and thorough, visual examination of all major structural and mechanical systems of the home.

At the end of the inspection, I will go over the findings with you and give you an idea of how the house works. I will tell you how to maintain the building. The next morning by 8AM, I will email a PDF and an online version of your report to you for review. I will make myself available via phone to answer any questions that you have.

I will email you every month or so with maintenance tips and reminders to help you avoid some costly problems that arise when maintenance is neglected or seriously delayed.
