How Long Does it Take?

On average, a home inspection lasts 2.5 to 3.5 hours. The size and age of a home can affect this quite a bit. If the home was built before 1980 or is very large (or both), it can take longer because older homes require more time and patience.

The most important thing is that we do a thorough inspection according to InterNACHI standards so you can make such an important decision with some peace of mind. A good inspection is largely dependent on the efforts of the individual inspector. If you honor me by hiring me to inspect your home, I promise that I will give my very best effort and inspect as if it was my own home.
